Court Alignment

Guardian House’s role is to assist families in fulfilling their court-ordered visitation and/or exchange requirements. Guardian House does not make determinations regarding ordered visitation schedules or exchanges.

For questions about changing or clarifying court orders, please contact your attorney.

Requesting Records

  • Full Case Record: Requires a valid subpoena. The case record includes all correspondence, visit notes, and exchange visit notes for both parties.
  • Partial Record: Parents may request their own records only (e.g., documented phone calls, emails, sign-ins) without a subpoena if they have an upcoming court date.

To request records, contact 210-733-3349 or email frontdesk@guardianhouse.org.
